Painful experiences always bring with them insight, wisdom, and transforms the way you see the world.

About a month ago Lindsay fell on her skates and slightly fractured both of her elbows.
It was painful and shifted our life for a moment, but carried with it a power of transformation.
We chose to experience the situation in this way. Although we had moments of frustration, annoyance, sadness, we didn't stay there.
We continued looking for the good, discussing it, and applying it immediately.
Unfortunately, Over the last week a tragedy happened in our family that is beyond words. We are still processing everything and will for awhile.
We had planned to make this episode before receiving the news and feel pulled to still create it.
We're all able to overcome situations in life partly because of the love and support of friends and family. We ask that you send love and prayers to our family and everyone involved.
